A review of 2018

January 16th, 2019

To Our Donors,

Year 2018 has been a wonderful blessing time for our Bethesda-Siloam medical mission. We have created the organization in 2018 and equipped and helped two medical mission clinics in Haiti and Guatemala. We have supplied the clinics with more modern instruments to help the locals with their medical needs. Now the people in these areas do not have to travel 3-4 hours to get an endoscopic examination when they have gastrointestinal problems or issues. They rely their medical needs through the Christian medical mission clinics and begin to appreciate the work we do to help them and thus gradually spread God’s word. Instead of prescribing medications without knowing the diagnosis, the clinics have means to evaluate the source of their problem, more specifically gastrointestinal illness. We are teaching local physicians in Haiti to participate in newly provided diagnostic skills and continue to travel back to the clinics to provide the service and teaching. We have spent more than $60,000 supporting the clinics last year which came from various donations and we thank the Lord for providing such generous gift to do His will of helping those who are in need. As the bible says in Mathew 25;40 “‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’”

As we enter into year 2019, we are praying that we can continue to provide God’s help to other medical mission sites in the world to help their work more effectively. We hope to expand our work beyond Guatemala and Haiti and hope to provide the resources wherever there is need. We hope to work with other mission organization to identify their needs and provide them with our help and resources. Our staff are totally volunteer workers and we use all our donations toward helping medical mission clinics. No one draws any salary or benefits from the organization in anyway. We hope that you will continue to work with us in the future to expand our mission wherever God lead us.

Thank you very much for your support and please continue to pray for our mission work.

In God’s blessing,
