A review of 2021

Dear BSMM Community,

Although we are enduring another year of the COVID-19 pandemic and the challenges this unprecedented time brings, we take comfort in knowing that God is in control of all things.

God always answers prayers and open doors with new opportunities for His kingdom. As His Spirit continues to pour out blessings onto us, we are called to follow His example of generosity. We are immensely grateful to have mission partners like you; without your financial support and prayers, spreading His word would not have been possible to accomplish.

Many of you have been informed by the news about the government turmoil in Haiti regarding the presidents’ assassination, large-scale earthquake, and kidnapping of missionaries. These events have led to total disruption of not only our work with several mission sites, but have significantly burdened the missionaries themselves. Despite these obstacles, we were able to provide financial support in purchasing food as well as medical equipment to the mission fields.

Several highlights from the past year that demonstrate God’s answers to our prayers:

· A used cargo van donated by a Lokey Nissan dealer shipped and arrived safely for the Haiti Mission

· Panoramic X-ray machine and dental chairs donated by local dentists will be delivered to Healing Guatemala Missions run by Pastor Luke

· 77 Chairs and stretchers donated by Mease Countryside Hospital

· A set of endoscopy machines was purchased

· Donated over $27,000 towards obtaining food for mission sites and equipment

In addition, we have been contacted by mission clinics and missionaries in both Bolivia and Pakistan for assistance in obtaining ultrasound machines. We were able to send a hand-held portable machine to Bolivia after two months of coordination, and hope to visit the clinic in the near future, God-willing. We were also able to support the missionary in Pakistan in purchasing an ultrasound machine, and he has joined our BSMM network.

As we look forward to the year ahead, it is our hope and prayer that with the prevalence of vaccines we may be able to visit our sites to support missionaries in their pursuit of sharing God’s word. We also pray for a warehouse in the U.S so that we can house equipment we obtain for future use.

As always, we greatly appreciate your ongoing prayers and support for this mission work. May you find peace in knowing your partnership with BSMM will help His people, for His Kingdom.

“But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded” (2 Chronicles 15: 7)

In God’s Blessing,
